Eddo Studios
Brand entry partner · Spain

Bringing considered international brands into the Spanish market.

Eddo Studios helps international brands enter Spain the right way — through pop-ups, retail partnerships, brand activations, and market entry strategy built on real cultural understanding, not a generic playbook.

A studio, not an agency.

We are not a marketing agency, an advertising agency, or a traditional consultancy. We are a small studio that connects international brands with real opportunities inside the Spanish market — handling the cultural positioning, the community introduction, and the retail strategy from the ground up.

We work on one project at a time, with full focus and commitment. We don't represent a catalogue of brands — we choose one, and we build our entire practice around making its entry into Spain meaningful, not just commercial.

Two founders, one focus.

Hugo Torres

Half Spanish, half Japanese. Grew up between both cultures and understands what connects them. His bicultural background is a genuine advantage in navigating Japanese business culture while reading the Spanish consumer.

Carlos Muñoz

Deep roots in the Spanish streetwear scene. Carlos knows the communities, the events, the tastemakers, and the retail landscape that matter — the local network and commercial instinct to make an entry work on the ground.

Measured entry. Brand-first expansion.

We don't propose a store before there is proven demand. Every phase of an entry earns the next one — small steps, real data, no gambles.

Pop-ups

Short-term activations in the right cultural and commercial environments to test demand with low risk.

Retail partnerships

Corners and placements in premium retail environments once early signal is validated.

Brand activations

Community-first storytelling and content that introduces a brand naturally into the Spanish conversation.

Market entry strategy

A staged, honest roadmap from first activation to permanent presence — built on evidence, not ambition alone.

47M

€30B+
